Job Title: Full-Time Nanny Location: Austin ,78739 Schedule: Split Shift, 7:30am-11:30am and 4:00pm-7:30pm, 4 weekdays and Saturdays. Pay: $30-33 Contract Length: 12 months

Job Overview: We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and energetic Full-Time Mother's Helper to care for our sweet 1.5-year-old child. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a young child’s growth and development in a nurturing, family-oriented environment. The nanny will provide safe, stimulating, and loving care, ensuring a positive and enriching experience every day.

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive care to a 1.5-year-old, fostering a safe and loving environment.

Plan and engage in developmentally appropriate activities that encourage learning and exploration.

Prepare nutritious meals and snacks.

Ensure daily routines, including naps and meals, are followed consistently.

Create a structured, yet flexible, environment that promotes the child’s independence and confidence.

Light housekeeping duties related to the child’s care (e.g., cleaning up after meals, maintaining play areas).

Communicate effectively with parents regarding the child’s progress, routines, and any concerns.

Maintain safety at all times, ensuring the child is always supervised.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a nanny or in early childhood education.

Passion for working with young children and providing positive, developmental experiences.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to provide references and background checks.

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

First Aid and CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
