Nanny/Household Manager Position Available ($60,000-$65,000/Year)

Seeking a reliable, responsible, and patient Nanny/Household Manager for a family with three girls, ages 10, 12, and 13. The ideal candidate is experienced in childcare and household management, has a strong understanding of children with diverse learning needs, and is skilled at creating structure while maintaining a nurturing environment. Experience with ADHD, anxiety, and learning disabilities such as dyslexia is a major plus, as is an education or background in childhood development.

Pay: $35/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday: 1:00 PM - 7:30 PM
• Friday: 11:15 AM - 6:15 PM
• Flexibility for additional hours or adjustments based on family needs (up to 35 hours per week).

Benefits: Guaranteed 33-35 hours per week. Two weeks of paid vacation, sick/personal days, and major holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Picking up the children from school and driving them to activities.
• Assisting with dinner preparation, homework, and evening routines.
• Grocery shopping and light cooking.
• Laundry and tidying up.
• Helping maintain the house in good working order (note: professional cleaners handle deep cleaning).

Additional Information:

• Eldest child has a nonverbal learning disability.
• Middle child has dyslexia.
• Youngest child has anxiety and ADHD.
• Caregiver must be patient, understanding, and experienced with children who have diverse learning needs.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (nanny car provided for work).
• Must be an excellent driver with a clean driving record
• COVID-19 vaccination.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Provide 3-5 professional references
