Full-time Nanny in Lake Oswego, OR We are a young family welcoming our first child in April 2025. We are seeking a loving, experienced, and reliable full-time nanny who is also an infant development specialist to help nurture our baby’s growth and development. This is more than a standard nanny role—we are looking for someone who can develop and implement evidence-based activities to stimulate our baby’s brain, support developmental milestones, and foster a nurturing, stimulating environment. We can provide live-in arrangements in Lake Oswego or commuting. Travel will also be required once we begin traveling, and ideally, we’re looking for someone who can stay with us for many years. Responsibilities: • Provide attentive and nurturing care for our infant, including feeding, diapering, nap schedules, and engaging in age-appropriate activities • Support developmental milestones through activities such as tummy time, reading, and gentle play • Maintain a clean and organized environment for the child • Assist with light household tasks related to childcare Qualifications: • Prior experience caring for infants (references required) • Up-to-date vaccinations • Non-smoker, reliable, and punctual • Ability to handle the physical demands of caring for a newborn Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 yearly
