Full-Time Nanny | $70,200 - $81,900 Annually | 45 Hours Per Week

Location: Pleasantville, NY
Compensation: $30-$35/hour
Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Guaranteed 45 hours per week

Start Date: ASAP (Finding the right fit is the priority!)

Job Overview:

A warm and professional family is seeking a nurturing, proactive, and engaging nanny to care for their three children (7 months, 4 years, and 6.5 years). The primary focus during the day will be on the infant, with responsibilities expanding to the older children after school. The ideal candidate is an extension of the parents, firm yet loving, communicative, and experienced in childcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for all three children.
• Plan and engage in interactive, screen-free activities.
• Handle school pick-ups/drop-offs and transport to activities (car provided).
• Maintain daily routines, including meal prep and light housekeeping related to the children.
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks.
• Assist with children’s laundry and organizing their belongings.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in caring for multiple children at once.
• Energetic, proactive, and passionate about childcare.
• Strong communicator who partners with parents in parenting approaches.
• Able to take initiative and manage daily schedules independently.
• Comfortable with light cooking and household organization.
• Not reliant on screen time for entertainment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional nanny experience.
• Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification (required).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Comfortable with dogs.
• Ability to provide 3-5 verifiable professional references.
