Job Title: Full-Time Nanny Location: Leander, TX Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $25–$30/hour Contract Length: 12–16 Months

Job Overview: We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and energetic Full-Time Nanny to care for our sweet and lively 1.5-year-old child. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a young child’s growth and development in a nurturing, family-oriented environment. The nanny will provide safe, stimulating, and loving care, ensuring a positive and enriching experience every day.

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive care to a 1.5-year-old, fostering a safe and loving environment.

Plan and engage in developmentally appropriate activities that encourage learning and exploration.

Prepare nutritious meals and snacks.

Ensure daily routines, including naps and meals, are followed consistently.

Create a structured, yet flexible, environment that promotes the child’s independence and confidence.

Light housekeeping duties related to the child’s care (e.g., cleaning up after meals, maintaining play areas).

Communicate effectively with parents regarding the child’s progress, routines, and any concerns.

Maintain safety at all times, ensuring the child is always supervised.

Requirements:

• Degree or Advanced Certification Preferred (but not required)

• CPR/First Aid Certification (Renew as needed)

• Ability to make a 1 yr commitment (unless applying for a temporary position)

-A passion for working with children

-Two+ years childcare experience

-Three professionals references

-US Drivers License

-Bilingual a plus

-Lifeguard certification a plus (or required)

-Non Smoker

-Willingness to complete a full background check

-Willingness to show proof of immunizations

-No cell phone use while driving guarantee

-Must be eligible to work in the US
