    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Full-Time Pharmacist with the ability to work in a high-volume environment and a passion for being part of an energetic team. In this role, you will be a key player working within pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate and efficient dispensing processes, and fostering a collaborative work environment. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and facility staff to deliver medication management and patient care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and support pharmacy staff, ensuring cohesive teamwork in a high-volume setting.

    • Review and verify prescriptions for long-term care patients, maintaining a high standard of safety and compliance.

    • Provide expert guidance to healthcare providers and staff on medication therapy and potential drug interactions.

    • Support a positive work environment by mentoring team members and demonstrating excellent communication skills.

    • Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and support staff to maintain efficient workflow and timely delivery of medications.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree.

    • Active pharmacist license in Washington State or ability to obtain licensure.

    • Experience in a high-volume pharmacy environment, with a strong foundation in pharmacotherapy.

    • Exceptional organizational skills.

    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    • Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices within a pharmacy environment.

    • Ability to work collaboratively within a positive, and productive team.

    • A commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care.
