    Metroplex 360 is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Post Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our post-production team, you will be responsible for photo editing, providing administrative support, and assisting with onboarding new field photographers. You will also be expected to provide constructive feedback to ensure the highest quality of photography and consistency across our projects. Responsibilities:

    Photo Editing:

    Edit real estate photos to meet Metroplex 360's standards, ensuring quality, sharpness, color balance, and overall visual appeal.

    Perform retouching and enhancements as needed, including adjusting exposure, contrast, and correcting any lighting issues.

    Real Estate Photography Support:

    Assist with understanding real estate photography concepts, helping to maintain consistent style and quality in all delivered photos.

    Offer technical support to field photographers regarding equipment, shooting tips, and overall project execution.

    Review and workshop Matterport spaces.

    Onboarding & Training:

    Assist in onboarding new field photographers, providing them with necessary resources, training, and guidance to ensure they meet Metroplex 360’s standards.

    Provide ongoing training and support, including answering any questions regarding post-production processes, image submission, and workflow expectations.

    Constructive Feedback:

    Provide thoughtful and constructive feedback to field photographers to help them improve their photography techniques and ensure they adhere to company standards.

    Maintain a professional and supportive attitude when communicating feedback to foster continuous improvement.

    Administrative Support:

    Perform general administrative tasks including managing files, scheduling, and handling other office-related duties.

    Communicate effectively with internal teams, field photographers, and clients to ensure smooth workflows and high-quality deliverables.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in photo editing, especially for real estate photography.

    Familiarity with real estate photography techniques and equipment.

    Strong proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools.

    Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in photos.

    Ability to give constructive feedback to others in a professional and positive manner.

    Strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple tasks.

    Previous experience in a photography-related role or post-production environment is preferred.

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
