Job Description

The float / resource position supports all classrooms throughout our school. This is a great role for a seasoned teacher or someone new to childcare. No experience is required for this role, but the right person should love working children, and preferable would like to stay in the early childhood education field.

The right candidate may have a background in teaching, childcare, baby sitting, nannying, or no experience. Even if you are current in the service, restaurant, assisted living, or retail industries, but want to start your career in early childhood education, this role can be for you!

Our school hours are from 7 AM - 6 PM, Monday - Friday (no nights/no weekends), and we have an amazing team of teachers, families, and administrators that create a positive school environment where you will be appreciated every day.

This is a Full Time role (40 hours). Full Time employees receive our full benefits package (see below).

Resource Teachers work in many rooms throughout our school. This gives Resource Teachers the opportunity to build relationships with all of the faculty, children, and families. This is a great role to learn the different rooms, and potentially a great first step to becoming a full time classroom teacher.

Resource Teacher Qualifications:

High School Diploma

Experience:

Child Care: 1 year (Preferred)
