We're looking for a reliable and organized Scheduler & Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team and help ensure the smooth coordination of care using AxisCare.

    Position Summary:

    The Scheduler & Data Entry Specialist is responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules, maintaining accurate records in AxisCare, and supporting daily operations through efficient communication and data management. This is a full-time remote position requiring excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and a proactive mindset.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Create, update, and manage caregiver and client schedules in AxisCare

    Ensure all shifts are filled in a timely manner; respond quickly to cancellations or schedule changes

    Communicate with caregivers and clients via phone, text, or AxisCare messaging to confirm shifts

    Accurately enter and maintain caregiver/client records, care plans, and service logs

    Monitor caregiver availability and match them with client needs appropriately

    Track and maintain caregiver credentials, certifications, and expiration dates

    Assist with onboarding new clients and caregivers into AxisCare

    Prepare reports and maintain compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards

    Collaborate with administrative staff and supervisors to ensure high-quality service delivery

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred)

    1–2 years of scheduling or administrative experience (home care/healthcare experience preferred)

    Strong working knowledge of AxisCare (or similar home care management platforms)

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

    High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace

    Additional Requirements:

    Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace

    Availability for full-time hours (Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend coverage if needed)

    Must be organized, dependable, and able to work independently
