Locally owned regional security company nestled in Historic Hamburg, Berks Co, PA seeks a candidate to fill an upcoming FT Security Site Supervisor vacancy at a client site in the City of Reading, PA. Position will begin 11.25.2024 for the right candidate.

Looking for individuals with flexibility and willingness to be a team player. The shift is Monday to Friday 1500 Hours to 2300 Hours. But you must be flexible to help cover call offs or emergency needs which could include occasional weekend hours. Our client needs will require flexible availability because operation needs run 7 days / week.

We are searching for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years proven leadership experience in the security field. You will be responsible for the entire onsite security team for all 3 shifts. You will be expected to be the front line of training, client interaction, problem solving and leading by example. You will be expected to contribute to the team for client site tours while being the leader the team deserves. You will be supported by Operations Managers who will provide oversight and guidance to you. We believe in a strong team atmosphere, and work to provide you with all the tools and guidance to do your job.

Security duties can include but not limited to:

Point of entry security for offices, guard booth, truck traffic, etc

Greeting and directing entrants

Overall general security in support of general safety plan.

Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor while performing daily customer interactions.

Remain alert and prepared at all times

Observe all security and safety procedures.

Able to work weekends, holidays and/or extended hours.

Crosstrain and perform other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will be required to possess a high school diploma or GED. Must have valid Drivers License.
