Responsibilities: • Represent and negotiate tax debt settlements with the IRS/State on behalf of their clients • Service as a liaison between tax authorities and clients • Provide guidance to individuals and businesses regarding minimizing tax liability • Review of financial records in comparison against collection statutes to determine reasonable collection potential • Provide guidance to ensure clients become and maintain a current and compliant status • Review tax forms for accuracy and compliance • Maintain client confidentiality Qualifications: • Enrolled Agent, Attorney, CPA • This is a hybrid position on a day-to-day basis with monthly face-to-face team meetups • At least 6 months of tax resolution experience • Self-starter for problem-solving • Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 yearly
