This is a 2nd shift position Monday-Friday with rotating weekends. You would be required to report to our office in Appleton every day starting at 5PM.

No experience necessary we are willing to train!

ServiceMaster is looking for an energetic, self-motivated and hardworking candidate succeeding in a multifaceted position. You will be working out in the field at various contracted businesses doing a skilled trade and a variety of items. Your night is never the same. We are looking for an individual that fits the supervisor position. If you have any cleaning experience and the desire to help others then this might be the job for you! Essential duties include but are not limited to:

· General cleaning and coverage cleaning

· Identifying and solve issues that arise during your shift.

· Building inspections and quality control

· Follow and complete a daily schedule but also be able and willing to think on your toes and make decisions.

· Complete your work maintaining a high level of quality while also performing quality control

· Ensure that services are performed as contracted, in the allotted time and to a higher standard level

· Daily tracking of employees, accounts, and budgets

· Training new employees.

Qualifications:

· Must be willing to work 2nd shift with the flexibility to stay out later if needed and work extra hours and some weekends

· A natural leader and strong work ethic

· Maintain a clean and organized work space including keeping all company vehicles clean and closets organized

· Ability to work in a team environment with a diverse group of people.

· Good communication and people skills. Spanish is a Plus!

· Some experience leading, supervising or managing people is a plus but will consider general cleaners that would like an opportunity to better themselves. If you have people and communication skills, want to genuinely help others, enjoy helping clients and are a natural leader then the supervisor position might be right for you.

· Must be able to lift 25+

· Valid WI Driver’s License is required

· Dependability and punctuality is a must
