A working Janitorial supervisor is responsible for their performance and development to ensure that the team meets company and client goals and objectives. Also that works along side with cleaning crew, training them, showing them and being a motivator for their team members.

Responsibilities

Planning and organizing: Organize the cleaning inspections as needed

Monitoring performance: Monitor employee performance and identify areas for improvement

Providing feedback: Provide feedback to help employees improve their performance

Communicating: Communicate between employees and management

Training: Orient new employees to company policies and procedures

Addressing issues: Address concerns to the team

Reporting: Report to the client and the admin team once the issue is corrected
