With the growing calls, we are seeking professional, responsible and organized recruiting specialist to be a part of our team.
You will need to be able to find qualified candidates, set up and do first interviews in person to confirm the individual can fulfill the roles and goals of the position that they are being brought in for. We will provide the facilities to accommodate the recruitment process. The reason this position is being created is that as the owner of several companies, I need support in this role so I can put my time to use growing the company to the next level.
You will need to be able to coach and hold a high level of accountability towards the team.
You should be extremely organized in your process, follow up, and documentation.
Having experience in human resources would be a plus, but not necessary.
You must get along with other co-workers and believe there is no 'I' in TEAM.
You must communicate all issues, needs etc. to your superior as they come up.
You must have a typing speed of a minimum of 50 words per minute.
You must be able to multi task.
Your position will require for you to dress in a professional manner, in some cases you may need to be able to also be mobile to acquire the new candidate that you are qualifying.
