Essex Middle River Veterinary Center (EMRVC) a progressive veterinary hospital located in the suburbs of Baltimore, Maryland seeking a full or part time Veterinarian looking to become a team member in a well-established, highly successful, client oriented 5 doctor companion animal practice. Recently to help our team with work life balance we are closed both Saturday and Sunday~ weekends off!
We are located near the waters of the Chesapeake Bay in Baltimore County, approximately 20 minutes from Baltimore City. In the area there are many outdoor activities, restaurants, cultural centers that appeal to someone enjoying a good work life balance.

Large surgical caseload: Dr. Zulty performs many surgical procedures including perineal urethrostomies, complicated mass removals, complicated intra-abdominal procedures, extra-capsular stabilization and many more.
Excellent mentorship and enrollment in our Support from the Start program to ensure you have the guidance you need as you transition from student to DVM- one recent new graduate moved on to a cardiology internship and still picks up relief shifts with our team because she loves EMRVC.

Team focused on general/orthopedic surgery and preventative care, with diagnostic and therapeutic tools that include ultrasound, endoscopy, and laser therapy.
Certified technical support staff - Each doctor has an assigned technician and skilled veterinary assistant each shift.
What we offer:
Base of $150-200k with earning potential on ProSal in excess of $200k and commitment bonus of up to $25k/year x 3 years for experienced, full-service, full-time veterinarians
New Graduates: Enhanced CE allowance for your first 24 months to cover basics or advanced certifications like rehab, surgical training, or dentistry

Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited university.
Current DEA License or willingness to obtain.
Active Veterinary State License upon hire.
