    Job Summary We are seeking a positive, friendly Front Desk Attendant to provide exceptional service to our resort guests, members and shareholders. The Front Desk Agent must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to stay positive even when faced with challenging situations. Your goal is to provide guests with an exceptional customer service experience.

    Responsibilities

    Be knowledgeable of the resort operations and activities and communicate that to guests, members and shareholders

    Take reservations, answer questions, register guests via phone, and in-person

    Build rapport with guests, members and shareholders identifying their needs through friendly conversation and open-ended questions

    Run background checks

    Monitor entry gate, drive up window activity and security cameras.

    Refer complaints and issued to management

    Answer phones, process incoming mail and packages, and other front desk duties

    Qualifications

    Friendly and outgoing personality

    Familiarity with hospitality industry

    Computer literacy

    Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation

    Be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced workplace

    Must be flexible and be able to pick up other days, shifts, weekends and holidays
