    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Team Lead with expertise in C# .NET and JavaScript to lead a dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the technical direction of the team, ensuring best practices in software development, and actively contributing to both backend and frontend codebases. You will work closely with stakeholders, architects, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Lead a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

    • Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using C# .NET (ASP.NET Core) for backend and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) for frontend.

    • Architect and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions.

    • Ensure code quality, security, and performance by enforcing best practices in software design and development.

    • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact features.

    • Perform code reviews, drive continuous improvement, and advocate for DevOps and CI/CD best practices.

    • Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor existing systems for scalability and maintainability.

    • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and drive innovation within the team.

     

    Requirements

    5+ years of experience in fullstack software development.

    2+ years of experience leading a development team.

    • Expertise in C# .NET (ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, Web API).

    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

    • Experience with SQL Server, NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis), and ORM frameworks.

    • Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

    • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

     

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or SignalR.

    • Knowledge of authentication & authorization frameworks (OAuth, JWT, Identity Server).

    • Exposure to serverless computing, Kubernetes, and DevOps automation.
