    Job Description

    Fullstaq Marketer LLC, a digital marketing agency, is seeking a Sales Admin to join their team in supporting and empowering their growing sales team. As the Sales Admin, you would be reporting and working closely with the Sales Manager and Director of Sales, alongside the sales team. We are looking for someone who can work well collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently. You will serve as an admin for our team of sales advisors, assisting them with day-to-day tasks, whether that be through the organization of programs, KPIs, or resources and helping with any technical issues as they arise. This individual must be tech-savvy and open to learning new softwares and programs used within the company. We are looking for someone who is well-organized, can project manage a variety of moving parts, and can handle an assortment of administrative tasks between the sales team and customers alike.

    This is a full-time partnership that can be held remotely in the United States or Canada. This candidate would need to be available to work PST and can be hired on as an employee (W2) or contractor.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Provide support to sales team - ensuring they have everything they need to be successful in their roles

    • Create and maintain sales materials, such as processes, training, and KPIs for easy access

    • Ensure CRM (Close) consolidates all customer information and provides trusted insights for the team

    • Keep a close eye on sales trends, always ready to communicate better ways to streamline sales processes and procedures

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Prior experience in an administrative support position, in a virtual, remote environment preferred

    • Must have experience working with a CRM

    • Ability to work at a high-volume, fast paced environment

    • Excellent communication, analytical, and technical skills

    PREFERRED:

    • Experience in the affiliate marketing, coaching or high-ticket sales industry a plus

    • Experience having worked in sales or have a good understanding of sales

    • Experience working with CRM, Close, highly preferred

    • Knowledgeable in using the following platforms: Slack, Asana, or any other project management tool
