What you need:

10+ seasons of previous tax preparation experience completing individual 1040 tax returns

High-speed internet access including ethernet access and power for a provided VOIP phone

Able to fully read, write/type, and speak clearly in the English language

Reliable computer with enough space to install several programs to support the offices

Passion for providing extraordinary customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Basic to advanced computer skills

Willingness to learn

Bi-lingual Spanish is a major plus

Experience in accounting, finance, retail, or bookkeeping are a plus

Bonus is experience in , trust, and/or partnership tax returns
