Due to our recent growth, we are looking for a Junior Underwriter to join our Financial Team. • * The perfect candidate must have experience in the merchant cash advance industry and/or underwriting, highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and strong accounting, finance, modeling, and problem-solving skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Review public records to verify information on businesses and their owners using public and proprietary databases. • Serve as a resource to assist underwriters regarding bank review, due diligence, stipulations, and requirements. • Perform due diligence on eligible deals. • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to identify inconsistencies and problem solve. • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Understand various business industries from a funding perspective.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's (Preferred but not required) • Ability to work remotely or in office during the hours of 9am to 6pm. • Professionalism is a must. • 1 – 2 years of underwriting experience in alternative financing (MCA, Term Loans). • Strong follow-up and time management skills • Strong communication skills.

• Job Type:

Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Benefits: • Paid vacation for Federal Holidays as well as Religious Holidays

Schedule: • 9 hour shift
