Funeralwise Preneed Services is a national, independent, Funeral Preplanning Company. We don't work for or represent any funeral homes, but our clients can use the funeral plans we help them set up at any funeral home in the country. Our independence provides significant benefit and advantage to our clients, as well as our Planning Specialists. And we proudly serve as the Preferred Funeral Pre-Planning Company for the Non-Commissioned Officers Association of the United States.
We are looking for an experienced, licensed, Funeral Preneed Sales Agent with a verifiable track record of success in the funeral preneed industry (preferably). This is a unique career opportunity for the right Preneed Sales Agent to join an ELITE PRENEED SALES ORGANIZATION.
Job Requirements:
VERIFIABLE track record of sales success
Highly trainable and a quick learner. We will provide all the necessary training for our products and system.
Must possess an active Florida Life Insurance License
Must be comfortable and effective at group presentations and one-on-one sales presentations.
Must possess the ability to effectively and consistently close the sale with a no pressure, consultative approach.
Reliable transportation
Willingness to travel to appointments throughout assigned territory (Orlando and surrounding area)
Must be trustworthy and possess a strong work ethic.
Must possess the ability to work independently and manage daily task as if you were running your own company.
What We Provide:
Preset Appointments - We will provide the right candidate preset appointments. We do all the cold calling to provide you the opportunity to sell. No cold calling or cold prospecting.
Independence - Most good preneed agents fail to meet their full potential because they are limited to representing one local funeral home in a market that has many to choose from. Our independence allows us to pre-arrange every client regardless of the funeral home they wish to use. Why settle for only being able to sell to a portion of the market when you can sell to it all?
Uncapped Commissions - Our commission structure pays 30% more than the average preneed contract because we remove the middle man (Funeral Home).
Full Training on our products and system - If you are trainable and manageable, we will provide you with the training and support to meet your full potential in the preneed industry.
(Note: This is a 100% commissioned, 1099 - Independent Contractor position.)
