    Funnel Leasing Inc., is hiring for a Training and Education Specialist that can 'work from anywhere' in the U.S. We're searching for a Training and Education Specialist will partner with the Education team, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other internal & external stakeholders to facilitate and deliver instructor-led, eLearning, and webinar-based training sessions. Additionally, this role will help develop educational content for the Funnel SaaS software, such as documentation and instructional design. Be able to make decisions independently given the input gathered and received. This role will be vital to the delivery of training and educational content that empowers our customers with the knowledge and skills to leverage the full potential of Funnel software. This role will report to the Manager, Customer Success

    The Training and Education Specialist essential roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Deliver live training sessions virtually and on-site (when required) to customers, providing them with in-depth knowledge of our SaaS software and best practices for its utilization.
    • Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback during training sessions, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
    • Work with the Education team to develop and update documentation
    • Write clear and concise documentation for a variety of audiences, including property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance staff
    • Develop training assets such as process diagrams, interactive courses, how-to videos, and other educational assets.
    • Regularly update and enhance existing training materials to reflect software updates, new features, and industry trends.
    • Participate and share management of the software release process as it relates to internal/external training, documentation, release notes, and educational content.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training content and make data-driven adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
    • Work closely with the customer experience to identify recurring challenges or user difficulties and develop targeted educational resources to address these issues proactively.
    • Track and analyze customer feedback, training session evaluations, and other relevant metrics to measure the success of customer education programs.
    • Utilize data insights to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to optimize the training process continually.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in customer education and the SaaS software industry to ensure our training approaches remain cutting-edge and relevant.
    • Technical fluency and problem-solving: Quickly resolve technical challenges, and be able to balance short-term and long solutions delicately
    • Change management: Identify risks, drive efficient decisions, and collaboratively build trust across a cross-functional group of stakeholders

    • Ability to navigate, influence, and communicate with poise to CxO/VP level and senior stakeholders (both internally/externally).
    • Consult with various stakeholders to identify and help Customer Experience and corporate teams drive change management to achieve desired business outcomes.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and metrics to drive actionable insights and improvements.
    • Effectively communicate with employees, management, and vendors positively and professionally.

    • Performs other duties as assigned and modified at the manager's discretion.
    • May be expected to work irregular hours to support dispersed client teams across the United States.

    Education, Work Experience and Certifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, instructional design, or related field.
    • 2+ years at a SaaS company is strongly preferred
    • 3+ years of proven experience in a software or related educational environment.
    • Ability to deliver on multiple projects with competing and nuanced priorities
    • Experience in educational solutions, management, content development, and learning management systems.
    • Expertise in training methodology and proficiency in high engagement training techniques that go beyond slide decks and screenshots
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
    • Knowledge Centered Services certification a plus
    • Experience with Articulate Storyline 360 or similar software
    • Web development skills (HTML/CSS)
    • Effective time management and prioritization skills
    • Organized, detailed oriented, excellent follow through
    • Experience in the multi-family or real estate industry is a plus
