    Pay Scale: The Finance Manager position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $16.00. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Build strong rapport with customers.

    Drive profitability through timely, accurate and compliant financial performance.

    Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.

    Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

    Determine customer financing needs and payment options based on a consultative interview process

    Present customers with financing options and products

    Process finance transactions and ensure 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations

    Gain superior product knowledge to effectively help customers

    Ensure that all administrative processes are handled in a timely fashion and in compliance with company policy and manufacturer guidelines.

    Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty

    Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions

    Contract or collect all money at closing

    Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals

    Assist in acquiring approval from lenders

    Handle all cancellations for extended warranties and credit life

    Expectations:

    Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance

    Customer service experience

    Valid driver's license

    Valid sales license

    Positive attitude and demeanor

    Strong listening and verbal communication skills

    Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals

    Applicable manufacturer’s certifications

    Ability to comply with all Dealership policies, procedures, standards, and deadlines.
