Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: • Design, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including paid search, SEO, and lead generation. • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in real time. Paid Search (PPC): • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms. • Monitor budgets, bid strategies, and keyword performance to maximize ROI. SEO (Search Engine Optimization): • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies. • Monitor site performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush. Lead Generation: • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive high-quality leads for both brands. • Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze lead sources and conversion rates. Content Marketing: • Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns. • Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligns with brand messaging. Social Media Management: • Manage and grow social media presence for both brands across all relevant platforms. • Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze social media performance. Team Building and Leadership: • Initially, handle all digital marketing activities independently. • Develop a plan to build and lead a digital marketing team as the organization grows. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid search, SEO, and lead generation. • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing PPC campaigns. • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools. • Experience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies. • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Leadership experience is a plus, with the ability to build and manage a team. Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 yearly
