G2 Secure Staff supervisors are responsible for supervising and directing the work of passenger service agents who support the airport operations of G2’s airline clients. Supervisors assist the Airline Account Manager with airline and administrative processes to exceed all quality, safety and performance standards while providing outstanding customer service. Manage personnel to ensure adequate staffing and provide guidance, mentoring and assistance to agents as needed.
