The newest member will be an equal part of a team of professionals who manage GAC's intricate and dynamic Installation Process which includes (but not limited to): Coordinate, prioritize ad schedule installations Provide logistical support to install field technicians Process detailed rebate and financing documents Create documents, procure permits, acquire payments and track information The successful candidate will possess the following qualities: Detail-oriented Positive personality Adaptable Empathetic (please share examples in your cover letter) Organized, flexible and focused despite interruptions Abilty to multi-task in a fast paced environment Skilled at working independently and as part of a team Experienced with Microsoft Office Proficient at written and verbal communication Scheduling or dispatching experience is a plus
