Primary Responsibilities
1. Estimate, sell, and help manage projects with a complete and comprehensive understanding of requirements and specifications; mainly, but not limited to, new construction and design build projects.
2. Understanding of refrigeration equipment capabilities and ancillary materials required for proper project completion. Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents 3. Estimating and proposal management skills, experienced with pricing, costing, and quoting, proficient computer skills specifically with estimating and job cost tracking software.
4. Prepare bill of materials and work with sales department to secure vendor pricing.
5. Computes costs and manually enter figures into CRM bid proposal software.
6. Presents prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
7. Formulate customer job quotes, expedite customer orders, receive, and submit orders via telephone, email, and quoting software. Prepare submittals for customers in a timely manner.
8. Elevate professional growth and development through continued education through programs in alignment with the industry.
9. Attend vendor sponsored product and technical training classes when appropriate and approved by the Segment Business
