GEARS Kids Center is seeking a Preschool Assistant Teacher to work within our three to five year old classroom. Seeking a candidate that holds at least two years of experience working in the Early Childhood Education field. Holding a CDA or Associates Degree is a plus. Candidate shall demonstrate knowledge of the development or young children and can produce all necessary background clearances needed by the Department of Human Services. Compensation is commensurate to experience. Work hours are 10: 00 am to 6:00 pm. Candidate's approximate weekly hours 35 to 38 hours per week.

GEARS Kids Center is a STAR 4 facility and is licensed by the Department of Human Services. GEARS Kids Center is also the recipient of the 2024 Pennsylvania Silver Equity Award from the Office of Early Child Development and Early Learning. GEARS Kids Center prides themselves on providing Professional Development and show appreciation for the scope of the work that our staff do each and everyday with our students and families. We also participate in Community events within the Elizabethtown Area.
