Position Overview:
As a GM of New Brands, you will play a critical role in shaping the identity and voice of our new brands including Fighting Weight and our Women’s Health brand. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning, create compelling campaigns, and drive brand awareness and engagement.
You will be responsible for managing the development and execution of our brand strategy, ensuring alignment with our company goals, and helping to differentiate us in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with company goals, vision, and market trends.
- Campaign Development:
- Lead the creative development and execution of campaigns across digital, print, and social media to promote brand awareness and engagement.
- Market Research & Insights:
- Conduct market research and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
- Marketing:
- Responsible for overseeing all channels of marketing (paid, organic, social, and partnerships), customer funnel, etc. And is consumer-obsessed. Willing to fill any/all gaps to convert a customer
- Revenue:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with marketing, product, creative, and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and communications.
- Brand Identity Management:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistency in visual identity, messaging, and tone of voice.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Budget Management:
- Manage brand-related budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with senior leadership and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in on brand initiatives.
Capable of managing the revenue and marketing budget of the PNL
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Attend daily strategic meetings to help build and maintain our brand.
- Working with Creative Directors to create brand guidelines and templates.
- Working with engineers to ensure our websites follow brand guidelines.
- Making sure our brand is consistent across multiple channels both digital and physical.
- Keeping our brand up-to-date and relevant to a modern audience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with marketing and revenue generation and being resourceful, self-motivated, and metrics driven.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with brand performance data.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including social media, Google Analytics, and design software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Healthcare or Telehealth experience.
- Worked with or for Wellness and Health based companies.
- Managed multiple brands at the same time.
