    SUMMARY: The UI/UX Designer, under the supervision of a Product Manager, specializes in curating customer interfaces utilizing modern techniques leading to efficiency, usability, and simplicity. As a member of the Product Manager's cross-functional team, the UI/UX Designer will be entrusted with supporting development by providing UI/UX interfaces to support complex functionalities outlined through development with a focus on intuitive customer experience.

    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Actively collaborate with product management to define and develop solutions for a products' customer-facing interfaces from ideation to refinement.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments attached to specific products to deliver intended UI/UX components based upon that product's vision and scope.
    • Ability to develop/innovate new interfaces while maintaining/improving existing interfaces' quality, focusing on brand identification through usability, interaction design, and visual design.
    • Assist and provide input in support of the Project Manager's development of project plans by providing insight into ongoing UI/UX trends, both within the industry and as a field of study.
    • Deliver general UI functionality maps, including hierarchy, wireframing, and prototyping, with input from the product management team.
    • Integrating complex operational functionalities from development into a user interface while focusing on efficiency, usability, and simplicity.
    • The ability to present interactive mock-ups before product launch while highlighting general functionality outlined by that component's scope.
    • Assist and support the development of Commercial and Technical Product Documentation related to UI/UX components.
    • Assist the Product Manager in planning and developing Product Demo applications and offerings to support presentations to prospective customers and partners.

    REQUIREMENTS: 

    • Associates Degree in Digital/Graphics Design, Computer Science, Technology, or a similar field.
    • 2+ years' of relevant experience with an Associate's Degree; 0-2 years with Bachelor's Degree.
    • Experience and understanding of customer-centric techniques.
    • Experience with Javascript, XAML, and HTML languages.
    • Experience with various tools or design tools such as Microsoft Blend, Adobe XD, Mockflow .
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Highly detail-oriented
    • Ability to work autonomously, sometimes with just a general vision.
    • Excellent problem identification and solving ability.

    PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • 1-2 years' of work experience working as a part of a cross-functional team.
    • Experience and knowledge of the casino, charitable and regulation-based gaming industry.
    • Experience with C# and .Net Framework
