    LOOKING FOR AN OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN GTE FINANCIAL IN A CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE ROLE?

     

    GTE Financial is looking for organized, professional, friendly people to join our fun working environment as a Member Call Center Representative. Member Call Center Representative is responsible for responding to routine member calls and requests. Advocates will provide first touch call resolution for all member inquiries while actively cross-selling credit union products and services to further enhance the member experience.

    The Call Center Representative answers questions and resolves routine customer (aka member) requests by phone on our full range of products and services. It is a high volume and fast-paced position that provides first touch call resolution for all member inquiries while actively cross-selling credit union products and services to further enhance the member experience.

     

    WHAT DOES GTE LOOK FOR IN A CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE?

     

    • Inbound call center environment.
    • Consistently provides a great member experience by one touch call resolution for both routine and moderately complex member inquiries.
    • Actively cross-sell credit union products and services to meet monthly goals.
    • Customer service, sales and/or influencing customers in a fast paced and changing environment.
    • Maintain deep knowledge of credit union products and services.
    • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and looks for ways to improve and promote quality.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products.
    • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).

     

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum 1 years’ experience in customer service, banking, or call center environment

     

    POSITION DETAILS:

     

    Location:           Phoenix - Arizona                        

    Center Hours:    Monday – Saturday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)   

     

                            Weekly Schedules may vary based on business needs.
