Job Description
We have a large tech client who is looking for a GTM sourcer. This role is remote and a six-month contract that could get extended or turn into full time. The responsibilities for this position include:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for Go-To-Market (GTM) roles, including sales, marketing, and customer success positions
- Utilize various sourcing tools, social media platforms, and professional networks to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand job requirements and target candidate profiles
- Conduct initial screenings of potential candidates to assess their qualifications and interest in open positions
- Analyze sourcing metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline health, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators
