QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years previous administrative assistant experience.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Proficient in Google Docs.
• Must have the ability to appropriately handle sensitive and/or confidential information.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem solving capability.  
• Effective time management.
• Positive attitude team player.
• Ability to work independently and with others.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• 2+ years experience in HVAC industry.
• 1+ years benefits administrative support.
• 1+ years AR/AP experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft correspondences and other formal documents.
• Plan and schedule appointments and events.
• Greet and assist onsite guests.
• Answer inbound telephone calls.
• Develop and implement organized filing systems.
• Perform data entry and manage invoices.
• Manage onboarding documents and create employee files.
• Create accounting reports and manage scheduling and distribution.  
• Support Accounting Team with daily tasks and special projects..
• Track employee benefit eligibility, distribute benefit documents and submit to insurance providers. 
• Assign, schedule and track training modules.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
