The Administrative Support Specialist provides administrative and programs support that includes functions such as: working with the Family Support Workers to manage the Family Resource Center calendar and schedule events, greeting and directing Family Members in person and by telephone, conducting informal screening of Family Members, obtaining information about reasons for accessing services and providing information and referral resources to Family Members.
The Gándara Center provides residential, mental health, substance abuse, and preventive services for children, adults, and families across the Pioneer Valley and eastern parts of Massachusetts. Employees may lift and carry promotional items for community events, as well as for the set-up of support groups and food pantry.
