A Finishing Craftsman performs the primary tasks of polishing, finishing, and/or grinding components and systems to required levels for complete customer satisfaction in a timely and efficient manner. The primary business focus centers around 300 series stainless steel. Persons in this position must exhibit personal characteristics such as pride in the quality of work produced and a strong desire to uphold a variety of stringent standards governing many of the products we produce. The successful candidate will have high attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the desire to be a team player. Training is provided. The standard workday for this position is 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Required Experience
Finishing craft positions require constant bending, kneeling, and stooping. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items up to 75 pounds with assistance. Visual acuity is required to perform work using close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The employee may be exposed to environmental factors typical of polishing and grinding. Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment, such as gloves, safety glasses and steel toe shoes.
