The Commercial Dispatcher at Garage Door Doctor is responsible for coordinating and scheduling service and repair work for the company's commercial clients, as well as handling invoicing and billing processes. This includes receiving and responding to service requests, dispatching technicians to job sites, and managing the workflow of the service team to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks. The Commercial Dispatcher will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of service and repair work. In addition, the Commercial Dispatcher will be responsible for preparing and sending invoices to clients, tracking payment status, and following up on any outstanding payments. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and schedule service and repair work for commercial clients • Receive and respond to service requests from clients • Dispatch technicians to job sites as needed • Manage the workflow of the service team to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service and repair work • Prepare and send invoices to clients, track payment status, and follow up on any outstanding payments • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or dispatch role • Strong communication and organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Knowledge of inventory management and billing processes • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed • Experience in the garage door or construction industry is a plus, but not required Compensation: $45,000 - $49,000 yearly
