Installers will travel to numerous job sites. Every day will be different since our company provides both service, new installations, and remodels. You will be interacting with customers on a daily basis across our service areas and must be able to grow into having excellent customer service skills. Our ideal candidate is friendly, mechanically minded, good with power tools, and knows the basics of how electrical wiring and connections work. Responsibilities: • Make use of our software for taking notes, generating quotes, and producing invoices. • Attend all scheduled appointments within the time frame specified by the customer. • Check the location and measure openings for installation when working on larger jobs. • Perform quality installations based on our company processes. • Keep the work area clean and tidy. • Find solutions to challenging job site conditions. • Attend company meetings and follow company processes. • Help other team members with their workload when and where needed. • Inspect and accurately diagnose issues with the current system and present options to the customer. Qualifications: • Effective communication, listening, and teamwork skills are necessary • Must be able to use a measuring tape along with math and problem-solving skills. • You must have excellent customer service skills for this position. • Able to work with either power tools or hand tools. • Have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive larger vehicles. Compensation: $18 - $23 hourly
