Responsibilities: • Install new garage doors, openers, and systems • Repair and replace components like springs, cables, rollers, and tracks • Perform routine maintenance and system checks • Troubleshoot and diagnose garage door issues, recommending effective solutions • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction • Travel between company locations and to customer's homes for service • Hiring at both the Conway and Farmington locations now! Qualifications: • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Garage Door Technician preferred but not required. Willing to train the right person! • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Strong customer service and communication skills • Construction background is a plus • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Ability to report to base location as needed [Conway, Hot Springs, Farmington] • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions • Ability to pass drug screens and a background check Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
