Position Overview ProLift Garage Doors seeks a Lead Technician to perform installations, service, and repairs along with small business operational support. Annual Salary potential $50K-$70K, with top technicians earning much more. If you have prior experience working to repair or install garage doors/motors, please apply.

Responsibilities

Repair various types of garage doors and openers

Choose the best solutions for each application as it pertains to safety, functionality, and performance

Troubleshoot, repair, and perform periodic maintenance on new and existing equipment

Utilize Service Titan software to share estimates, invoice customers, and follow up with prospects

Manage your company vehicle including maintenance, operation, and stock

Assist in local marketing efforts to help grow market share

Qualifications

Minimum HS diploma or equivalent

3+ years of experience repairing and installing residential garage doors/motors is required

Operational or inventory management experience preferred

Excellent organization and communication skills
