TampaPrinter.com is expanding our apparel production team and looking for an experienced Garment Decorator who knows their way around DTG printing and embroidery machines. If you’re detail-oriented, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and work well in a fast-paced environment — we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Operate DTG printers and embroidery machines (setup, run, maintenance)

Prepare artwork files and ensure accurate file conversion for production

Perform quality checks and ensure orders meet customer expectations

Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow production schedules

Troubleshoot machine issues and assist with routine maintenance

Requirements:

Proven experience with DTG printing (preferred models: Epson, Brother, etc.)

Skilled in operating embroidery machines (multi-head and single-head)

Knowledge of garment types, hooping techniques, and thread selection

Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Experience with RIP software, digitizing, and pre-treatment processes
