Job Summary

We are seeking a Positive and energetic Weight loss Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work with patients to ensure a great experience and personalized care. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable about nutrition and fitness.

We want someone who can hold people accountable to their weightloss journey while providing fun, positive support and education in a judegement free atmosphere

Responsibilities

Collaborate with physicians, Lifestyle coaches and healthcare staff

Coordinate all aspects of the weight loss program

Educate patients on program as well as available testing and lifestyle coaching

Monitor progress toward goals

Ensure patients are compliant with scheduled visits

Correspond with patients via phone and program portal

Monitor products and ordering - meal plan, medications, nutritional supplements

Documentation of encounters

Monitor all medical test results- file and repor test results to medical staff

Produce daily reports for manager

Assist with other clinic duties as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Care Coordinator or in a similar position is preferred

Previous experience with a Weight loss program preferred

Knowledge of nutrition and fitness and living a healthy lifestyle

Certification as a medical assistant is preferred

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks and prioritize appropriately

Ability to work in fast-paced situations and make sound decisions quickly

Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of compassion

Strong verbal and written communication skills

This is a part time position with option to become Full Time. This is not a remote position.
