Gecko Hospitality is searching for a restaurant / hospitality recruiter to join our highly successful team in the CONNECTICUT AND RHODE ISLAND market! We have over 30+ years’ experience recruiting the highest quality restaurant and hospitality individuals for the most competitive management positions nationwide. We are looking for a talented recruiter for our restaurant division. RESTAURANT DIVISION MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE KNOWLEDGE:

· Recruiting and/or sales experience

· Knowledge of Internet Search Engines and Microsoft Office

· High Level of professionalism and integrity

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· The ability to follow established recruiting protocol

· Self-starter skills and be self-disciplined

AN ENTREPRENEURIAL ATTITUDE:

· Monday-Friday office hours: 45 hours minimum (but work harder and earn more)

· Recruit management candidates for both existing and new restaurant clients

· Establish new restaurant clients

· Maintain network of Hospitality relationships

· Collaborate with Gecko Hospitality offices throughout the United States and Canada
