Gem Shopping Network is the premium TV Channel for fine Jewelry and Gemstones, reaching 40 million households in the U.S. We are currently seeking motivated and persuasive individuals to join our team! This is an opportunity to be trained as an Inside Sales Representative. You will be working in an inbound call center and TV studio. No Cold Calling! Through our paid training program , you will learn all about the TV Shopping Experience and our processes for educating and acquiring customers. Join a team that is on the move!

For this role, we provide paid training, a competitive base pay, plus a generous bonus structure . We are a growing new enterprise with a traditional call center structure that offers opportunities to grow professionally with positions such as team leadership, training, QA and management. On average our sales representatives have the potential to double their base salary with our generous bonus structure!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will receive inbound customer calls and facilitate the sale of jewelry and gemstones being shown on television. You will recommend items to customers and guide them through a consultative direct sales process over the telephone. MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY

Other responsibilities of the Sales Representative role include:

• Receiving constant coaching on best practices and techniques
• Answering customer questions regarding products
• Helping customers make an informed decision
• Following up with existing leads and potential customers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

As an Inside Sales Representative, you must have outstanding customer service and persuasive speaking skills. Qualified candidates are energetic, enthusiastic and career-driven. Candidates must possess a strong desire to learn and grow professionally. We are seeking candidates who like to have fun and enjoy success at the same time!

Other requirements of the Sales Representative role include:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Certification
• Previous Sales experience, a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong, clear speaking voice and great communication skills
