Job Overview:
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the personal needs, safety, and comfort of our residents. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, conducting rounds, completing documentation, and supporting various community activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Conduct regular rounds and complete required documentation for each shift
- Participate in report exchange between shifts
- Assist with resident activities and dining room duties, including setting tables, escorting residents, and plate serving
- Make beds and perform other assigned duties
Overnight Duties:
- Handle laundry tasks (washing, drying, folding, and hanging clothes)
- Sweep and mop the dining room
- Set up the dining room for the next day
- Prepare coffee and refill ice
- Conduct rounds and complete required documentation
- Assist residents throughout the night
- Perform any other assigned duties
Work Schedule:
- 4 days on, 2 days off (no exceptions)
Positions Available:
- Med Technician (Split Shift): 2 days 6 AM - 2 PM and 2 days 2 PM - 10 PM (pay differential)
- Med Technician: 6 AM - 2 PM
- Med Technician: 2 PM - 10 PM
- Caregiver: 6 AM - 2 PM
- Caregiver: 2 PM - 10 PM
- Caregiver (Overnight Shift): 10 PM - 6 AM (pay differential)
