Schedule: • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM • Rotating Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM (approximately one Saturday per month) Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive dental exams using diagnostic tools to assess oral health. • Perform treatments such as preventive care, restorations, extractions, bone grafting, endodontics, and cosmetic procedures. • Educate patients on dental hygiene, orthodontic devices, and appliances like retainers and dentures. • Ensure all treatments comply with OSHA standards, infection control protocols, and office policies. • Lead and collaborate with a team of associate dentists, hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff. Qualifications: Qualifications: • DDS or DMD degree; current licensure in good standing. • New graduates are encouraged to apply (mentorship and training available), but preference is given to candidates with experience in extractions, bone grafting, and endodontics. • Certifications: CPR, BLS, and NPI required. • Advanced knowledge of dental standards, public health guidelines, and industry trends is a plus. • Strong communication skills and a patient-focused bedside manner. • Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Dentistry. Compensation: $200,000
