YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are responsible for driving down repair costs associated with collision repair
• You assist regional leadership with the training of repair teams on various repair topics SMART repair, repair vs replace & preferred supplier partnerships
• You conduct reviews of repair estimates and provide revision recommendations for labor and parts cost savings
• You support local repair teams on how to overcome shop objections to repair revision negotiations
• You suggest repair process improvements or supplier connections to improve the efficiency of repairing Sixt fleet vehicles.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have 5 years of experience in writing automotive repair estimates
• Technical Proficiency You are proficient in computer navigation, including Microsoft Office Applications, Mitchell, Audatex or CCC estimating systems
• Soft Skills You demonstrate strong organizational skills, can multi-task effectively, and excel in professional communication
• Commitment to Excellence You are success-oriented and willing to take on multiple tasks
• Travel You are flexible and willing to travel within the designated territory up to 25%

About the department:
SIXT customers travel internationally, so the odd scratch is bound to happen. The teams in our Repaircenter and in the Damage Management department are responsible for determining the origin of the damage, assessing the damage and its costs for repair, taking care of garage scheduling and getting the fleet back on the road. In order to be able to include all decision-making factors for the clarification of the facts, our colleagues form the interface to SIXT branches, customers, authorities and insurance companies.
