JMT’s Geospatial department offers an exciting work environment that leverages modern technology (terrestrial/mobile/aerial LiDAR, Drones, robotics, bathymetry, etc.) balanced with sound traditional survey procedures to deliver projects related to surveying, mapping and Subsurface Utility Engineering.
Position summary: Responsible for the overall completion of the data processing phase of specific field survey/SUE projects.

Working Conditions
Work is performed within a general office environment 75% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
Field work is required 25% of the time, where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required as needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to move up to 50 Lbs., with or without accommodation.
