    General Labor/Returns Clerk - Expected to start IMMEDIATELY

    $17/HR - NONNEGOTIABLE

    Part-time to become Full-time

    !!!Work environment !!!

    Please note that this is compact workspace WITHOUT a designated desk. The role requires standing for the duration of the shift and can include physically demanding tasks.

    Requirements __ __

    • 1 year experience with reverse logistics. __ __
    • Must be able to carry/push/pull 50lbs
    • Be able to stand over 8hrs
    • Comfortable around a computer using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management System (OMS)
    • Basic Computer Familiar with spreadsheets, Teams and google docs (Optional)

    General Labor Duties

    • Breaking down boxes and pallets
    • Move around returned packages
    • Go through and sort returned items

    *Receiving, Inbounds, and Returns Associate Duties __ __

    Reverse Logistics (Returns Processing) __ __

    • Receive and process small parcel returns. __ __
    • Look up return details in the Order Management System (OMS). __ __
    • Inspect returned items and determine their condition: __ __
      • New – Can be restocked as sellable inventory. __ __
      • Open/Used – Requires further assessment for resale, refurbishment, or disposal. __ __
    • Store returned inventory in the appropriate locations based on condition. __ __
    • Document return issues: __ __
      • Write detailed notes describing damage or defects. __ __
      • Take pictures and upload them to the OMS for record-keeping. __ __

    Receiving Shipments (Inbound Processing) __ __

    • Locate and verify incoming shipments within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). __ __
    • Report the received quantities and compare them with expected shipments. __ __
    • Identify and report any discrepancies or issues, such as: __ __
      • Damages caused by carriers – Must be documented and reported immediately. __ __
      • Shortages or overages – Ensure accurate inventory tracking.

    Apply billable services to inbound shipments when required, including:

    • Receiving fees per carton
    • Shrink wrapping per pallet
    • Inspection and quality control
    • Image capture for documentation
