Position Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking Laborer to join our dynamic team at Aerial Precast Concrete. The Laborer will assist in the manufacturing, handling, and installation of precast concrete products, contributing to the success of our projects and the safety of our workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete into molds.

Perform routine site maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.

Load and unload materials as needed.

Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective equipment at all times.

Work collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines.

Assist with the installation of precast concrete products at job sites.

Perform general labor tasks as directed by supervisors or project managers.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a construction or manufacturing environment is a plus.

Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.

Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.

Strong attention to safety protocols and practices.

Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Ability to follow directions and learn new tasks quickly.
