HEAVYCRAFT is looking for dedicated and skilled General Laborers to join our team. This role involves supporting projects on an active mine site. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment in the mining industry!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor tasks, including assisting in metal work, and basic maintenance support.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining work areas to meet safety and operational standards.
• Support crew members with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and tools on site
• Operate basic tools and equipment as directed by supervisors and site leads
• Follow safety guidelines, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and adhere to all mine site safety protocols
• Assist with other duties as assigned by site management

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in general labor, construction, or mining.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening (required for mine site access)
• Willingness to work extended hours, shifts, and occasional weekends as required by site operations
• Ability to live in a man camp for up to 21 days at a time.
